Hi! About Allen, it’s likely that him and past Allen are the same person, judging by Allen’s unconscious memories of Nea. He HIMSELF has memories of him, smiling and him and asking his name (this was likely the moment they met), mentioning that he shouldn’t have forgotten his name, and a “promise” with Nea. About the guy hugging him, I like the theory of him being the heart, if anything, it's possible that the heart's accomadaror themselves is being manipulated, but tried to help Allen escape.
Oh! I think the same but I just think that the body Allen has at the moment isn’t the original Allen’s.
Hmmm!! The accomodator being manipulated is quite another interesting take! (More if, like @chrispersonalcorner said, Allen is their son! And they’re desperately trying to reunite with him again)
It makes me think that Apocryphos is the one manipulating the whole situation. Like the corrupted guard dog trying to do everything on its power to protect its master to the point they hurt them “for their sake”. Reverse parallels to Link anyone? The memory alteration Apocryphos has is also quite juicy.
The implication that he was following Allen from before he went to the circus makes me think that MAYBE Allen has had his memories messed up hy him before and that’s why he became Red and doesn’t remember his own name.

Ok so I was looking at the panel where the white haired person hugs allen and I realized u can see the arms of the person and neither are black or messed up like Allen's innocence so... I kinds think it's the hearts accomadator or something. Because apparently they want to keep allen safe. Idk just a thought. 🤔🤔
