On my character:
Quite simply, I am rather attached tomy little bastard child. Max is probably my most fleshed out muse, and even with how long I’ve been playing him, he continues tosurprise me. In all honesty, he came into being from what started asa joke. My partner and I had both made characters for Inquisition ataround the same time, and both were male Trevelyans. We joked aroundabout them being brothers, but given how different they are inappearance, it made no sense whatsoever. The whole ‘half chasindbastard’ thing started because Max has eyes as bright a gold asMorrigan, who we all know to be chasind in her own way.
After that, he just kind of…startedforming. I kept getting ideas for him, personality quirks, likes anddislikes and all manner of other things, and eventually I decided tojust go for it and make a blog for him. Since then, he really hastaken on a life of his own, and I adore finding out new things abouthim as time goes on. I do worry about how other people perceive himof course, if they think he’s well done or if they think he’s justanother fish in the sea so to speak, but I still enjoy writing himregardless.
On my own writing:
I think my writing has improved a greatdeal since I first started Rping back on Gaia, but I know I have alot of room for improvement. I can get somewhat repetitive, and mydescriptions can be lacking in some situations, but I am trying nonethe less. Writing more frequently has certainly helped, since I cannow write multi-paragraph responses without nearly as much trouble asI used to. My biggest problem is that I over think things. I caneasily write out a whole response in my head, but when the time comesto type it out, I can’t ever seem to word it the way I want to, or itno longer sounds as good as it did when I was thinking it up, or Ifret about accidentally writing something that offends my partnerwithout meaning to do so.
On Multi-muse blogs:
I don’t have a problem with them. Somepeople like playing more than one muse, and they find it easier tohave them all in once place rather than having to jump from blog toblog in order to write for each of them. I’m perfectly contentwriting with blogs of that nature, so long as I have enoughinformation on each muse to interact with them properly.
I am also highly impressed with peoplewho can run one smoothly, as writing for multiple muses is no easyfeat, especially when you have them all in one place.
