@snowdoniacheese you graced my meal with your wondrous chilli Red Leicester nomnomnom. Made this quick easy (reheatable) lunch last night- beef mince, onion, ground cumin, coriander, chilli and turmeric, paprika, fresh green chilli, some red peppers, cabbage and broccoli until cooked.
