SWORD Leaders Reaction to Their GF Being Upset
You just got into an argument with someone who you are close with, and it really upset you. Being that the argument was in public, there wasn’t much you could do about it, attempting to seem fine so that there is no more attention drawn to you. Later after leaving the person that you got into the argument with, you meet up with your boyfriend
Cobra:
As soon as you meet up with cobra, he can tell that something is off with you
He lets you get settled first before asking any questions
When he does ask, he makes sure to let you know that you don't have to say anything if you don't want to
But also, he wants to know if its a situation where you need comforting, or if he needs to kick someone’s ass
Cobra always creates a comfortable environment for you, so if anyone else is around, he will take you somewhere to talk just the two of you
He won't press too hard to get information, but you tell him anyways, knowing that he's deciding what his next move will be
When you tell him about the argument, he listens carefully, taking in everything that you say
When you finish talking, he throws his arm around your shoulders, and wipes away your tears of frustration so so so gently
He starts telling you all of the things that he loves about you, though he doesnt tell you what he's doing at first
When you finally ask why he's bringing up all of these different things about you, he calmly replies “I’m telling you all of the reasons I love you”
He says it so calmly, it catches you off guard, but still brings a smile to your lips, and a flutter to your heart
He pulls you in for a gentle, yet passionate kiss, taking your breath away, per usual
For the rest of the night, he is doing whatever you want
You want to walk around the city? Done. You want to get dinner? Yes. Take out and a movie? He’s already got your favorite ordered and on the way
Spends time playing with your hair, or doing whatever calms you down, because he knows it eases your mind
Continues to tell you things that he loves about you throughout the day, he just can’t help himself
Overall, he is your comfort person, and shows it most in times like this
Rocky:
The second that Rocky sees that you are upset, hes interrogating the other members of White Rascals trying to figure out who had the audacity to hurt you
Being the woman protector that he is, he doesn't even ask at first, he's just ready to fight anyone and everyone
He hates seeing you upset more than anything
Yes he protects all women, but you are HIS woman, and he takes that very seriously
You will probably have to step in to calm him down and tell him what happened
When he finds out it was someone that you are close with, he knows that there isn’t much that he can do
Shuts down the club for the night cause he doesn't want to risk anyone hurting you further

Murayama at first is a little nervous, when you walk in upset
He’s not the best at comforting, being that he would rather just fight the other person and let go of whatever it was
But when it comes to you, he's such a teddy bear
Immediately dismisses anyone that is around, he loves you, but he can’t let others see him being soft with you (something that you understand)
His soft side is for you and only you, and he told you early on in the relationship that he would show this, so of course you understood why he sent everyone else away
The second that the two of you are alone, he goes into a slight panic mode
“Who hurt you? Who am I fighting? Where are they?” Like Rocky, he does not ask what happened, just asks who he's fighting
When you tell him it was someone you are close with, he instantly pulls you into a hug, still not asking about the situation
He knows that you feel better simply from his hugs (i just know this man gives the best hugs), so before he asks he embraces you tightly
Freaks out again when he hears your sniffles, “no no baby I’m sorry I didn't mean to make you cry!” Hugs you tighter
His mind is so all over the place, you might have to comfort him a little too lol
The rest of the night he is spending quality time with you
Takes you for a stroll around town, cooks dinner for you, has your favorite movie ready to go, and a soft blanket for the two of you to share
Plays with your hair, draws little circles on your skin, tells you jokes, literally anything to comfort you
Probably sends someone to tell the person who hurt you that if they do it again, they’re gonna be dealing with him personally
He wants to go beat up the person right then and there, but he knows that he needs to stay with you, you are his top priority with everything he does
Overall, such a softie, and tries to keep calm, but he hates seeing you upset, and honestly it makes him upset too, but as much as he wants to go fight, he takes care of you first
Smoky:
When you meet up to see Smoky, he takes one look at you and knows that something is up
Before you even get to him, he is up moving to meet you
No words, he just instantly pulls you into a hug. (Best hugs pt.2)
As soon as the others see this, they leave, not wanting to provoke either of you
The two of you stand there for a while, just embracing each other, while the tears fall from your eyes
He doesn't care about the tears on his shirt, he is only concerned about you
After some time, he pulls away and looks you deep in the eyes, and again without words, you know that he's asking you what happened
After you tell him about the incident, he comforts you some more, telling you that whatever the other person said is wrong, and that you are the most amazing person he has ever met
Acts of service for the rest of the night, you won't even have to lift a finger
He’s making you tea, food, dessert, he's got all of the most comfortable blankets reserved for you, he would even give you a foot massage if you asked him to
He just wants to take care of his girl, you’re everything to him
Seeing you upset absolutely breaks his heart, there is nothing that hurts him more than this
He would take you to the top of one of the towers of Nameless City, just so the two of you could see the city lights and the stars
And he would continue to tell you how amazing you are and how in love he is with you

He would refuse to stop pampering you, even if you tell him you’re feeling better, honestly will probably pamper you for weeks upon weeks
Overall, best boy Smoky is the acts of service kind of guy, he wouldn’t even think of leaving your side unless you asked him too, he knew that if he needed to take care of the other person he would have plenty of time to do it later, so you are his top priority
Hyuga:
Honestly I don't think Hyuga will pick up on anything until he sees you actually crying
He doesn't notice until someone asks how your day was, and you’re on the verge of a breakdown right then and there
That’s when he kicks everyone out of the room, shuts the doors, and walks back over to you
He’s rather calm about the entire situation, and honestly seems uninterested, but since you know him, you know that he is listening to everything you are saying, even through the sobs
After he hears the whole story, he calmly gets up and walks out the door leaving you alone for a few minutes
When he returns, he has freshly made tea, snacks, and tissues for you
He takes one of the cars, and takes you for a long drive with no destination, blasting your favorite songs and just letting you take in everything as he simply admires you
He knows all of the things that calm you down, but he also knows the fastest way to cheer you up is a long drive with good music
When the two of you return, he takes you to the roof of the Daruma house and watches the stars with you (well, you’re watching the stars, he's watching you)
He knows that he isn’t the best with words, but he still gives you compliments here and there, he would just rather show his love for you, and doing all of your favorite things to cheer you up is one of those ways that he shows his love
Throughout the night he simply holds you, knowing you feel the most protected in his arms
He talks to you about simple things that are on his mind to distract you from thinking about earlier events
Things like the stars, to random conspiracy theories, anything to keep your mind away from being hurt
He will talk to the person the next day without a doubt, giving them a rather concerning yet brief warning not to hurt you again
But for now, he just wants to take your mind away from everything, and to make you feel safe and loved
Again, he might not be the best with words, and he might seem like he doesn't care a lot of the time, but his actions tell you everything you need to know

Murayama would be right between Fujio and Tsukasa. He would be jealous, though he would never show it in front of the others
He’s the leader of Oya, the toughest guy in school
He can’t have the others knowing that he has a soft side, that’s only for you
He wouldn’t get pouty, he wouldn’t act different
Maybe getting a little quieter than normal, but he would still be involved in the conversation
You wouldn’t even know he’s jealous till hes sulking after everyone leaves
Even if someone else were to call you pretty, you wouldn’t know he's jealous, however, the other guy better watch his back, cause Murayama is coming for him

He will loosen up again once you pull him close and play with his hair

He becomes clingy as well, though he won't fully latch onto you, he’ll just follow you around wherever you go
If you’re cooking, he will try to help, or at least watch you
If you are working on school work (as if anyone at Oya actually does school work) he will sit there admiring you
He’s not saying much, though he is thinking about everything he loves about you
Thinking about all of your quirks, and the things that you do that make his heart flutter
He sits there admiring you for as long as he can
Sometimes it's hard for him to believe that he is with someone like you

Yasushi is one aggressive child, and high schooler
I don't think he will realize that he has a crush on you until he isn’t around you all the time
He would grow up with his childhood crush, but wouldn’t realize it till hes older
Like, he would pick on you everyday thinking that's how friends are
And then when you leave he would feel an emptiness he hasn’t felt before
It would probably still take him a while to realize he has a crush on you
Probably when he sees you again, grown up and more beautiful than ever
That’s when he would realize he's always had a crush on you
As a child he would constantly play pranks on you and pick on you, being the menace he is
Then one day you would either get sick of it and stop hanging out around him
Or maybe transfer schools after elementary school to get a higher education
Throughout that time, he would feel lost and lonely, causing his rage to be higher than ever
I feel like he would be walking around town when he sees you again
He would probably he walking with Kyoshi, and would just stop in his tracks
He would be confused, and wouldn’t recognize you at first
But when he sees you laughing with your friends, that's when he will know its you
And he won't know what to do
Most likely will end up walking in the opposite direction, refusing to tell Kyoshi what happened
Also will most likely end up fighting someone to release some of the emotions that he is feeling

Might end up talking to Tsukasa about it, and finally realizing he has had a crush on you since the two of you were kids
Yet he still won't approach you out of fear that you hate him
Sees you again walking around town, but you might have to make the first move
As much as he refuses to admit it, the thought of rejection scares him
After someone finally breaks the ice, he seems much more gentle than he used to be (don't be fooled, it's just the nerves)
After becoming friends again, he will still pick on you like he used to, but it will be much more tolerable
If anyone says anything bad about you, or threatens you in any way, they’re getting their asses kicked
WILL NOT hesitate to protect you once he figures out his feelings
Overall: grew up with his childhood crush without knowing it. After reconnecting and realizing his feelings, he will still be a menace, but he will be a sweet menace to you :)
Tsukasa:
Tsukasa, being the deep thinker that he is, will know from the start that he has a crush on you
Family friends, or classmates at a young age, the two of you grow up together
He is able to recognize at a young age, that he likes you, but also that the two of you are young, so he won't make any moves
However, he will still treat you like a queen, and protect you no matter what
Acts of service throughout childhood
He has always been your safe place
Knows about all of the times you’ve been heart broken, and has always been there to wipe your tears away
Before he goes to kick the dudes ass of course
You always have been his top priority
Even with going to different schools for high school, he still makes an effort to be there for you

Murayama, I could see being a combination of Yasushi and Tsukasa

Honestly, I think he would spend most of his childhood and early teenage years keeping you at a distance because he doesn't want to get hurt
But at the same time, you are irresistible to him
He wants to be around you all the time, but wont let himself do that
I think despite him jumping into fights without really thinking through it sometimes, he thinks deeply about other things, especially things like this
I think he fears rejection, and that's the main thing that keeps him from telling you how he feels
Still, he will protect you no matter what
People don't even try to mess with you, cause they don’t want to have to fight Murayama

I fear this could be a recipe for disaster
Not necessarily for you, but for the two of them individually
Both Murayama and Cobra are somewhat friends, or at least on good terms, so when they find out they both like you, neither of them would know what to do
Not that they have any obligation to each other, but they would prefer to keep the fighting between SWORD at a minimum
They both tend to be pretty laid back, so I think before anything serious happens, they would talk first
Asking things like how did they meet you, where, when, things like that
Maybe even asking what they like about you, so that both of them can get a feel for the situation, and see if there is something that they can do to sway your opinion
I feel like they would want to keep the fact that they talk away from you, so that you dont become uncomfortable, so you probably wont ever hang out with both of them at the same time
However, they are both doing what they can to sway your decision
Murayama would work as much as he can, so that he can buy you flowers or take you out to dinner, he would take you on walks in the park, or somewhere that is safe so that you wouldn’t get hurt
Cobra would also buy you flowers, he would take you for rides on his bike, probably somewhere away from others so that the two of you can enjoy more time to talk without being interrupted
Neither of them would let you near a fight, unless it can't be helped. They both want to keep you safe, so the only time you would see them fight is if someone is threatening you or making you uncomfortable
I think that if they knew that you were hanging out with the other, they would try their best to hide their jealousy
Like of Murayama asks to hang out and you tell him you have plans, he would for sure ask with who, and when you tell him with Cobra, he would try to make it seem like its okay and that he’s not jealous, but he doesnt hide it very well
And then when you bring it up to Cobra, he would start asking subtle questions like, “oh Murayama asked you to hang out today?” “Do you hang out with him often?” Things like that, trying to get a feel for the situation
Regardless, the tension cannot be hidden, no matter how hard they try
Knowing that you actively hang out with the other would spark them both to try harder for your affection
At that point, they would both practically be at your feet bowing, hoping that you choose them over the other
The gifts would increase, the dates would become more frequent, both of them trying to win you over
It would probably get to a point where you have to make a decision because it’s becoming almost too overbearing for you
Regardless of who you pick, I dont think that it would end in a fight between the two boys
I think that they both would respect your decision, and would be happy for you choosing happiness for yourself
If Murayama is turned down, he is going to pretend like he is okay, and then probably return to Oya screaming and yelling, while the others try to comfort him
He’s for sure beating up anyone who gets in his way though, he just needs a way to release the emotions that he is feeling, and fighting is the only way that he knows how to do that
If Cobra is turned down, he will become quiet, accepting your decision, and will probably go for a long ride on his bike to think about everything
When he goes back to the diner, and everyone is asking where he was, or if he is okay, he pretends like he is okay, and acts as his normal self
But when it's just him and Yamato, he will talk about how he is feeling, and all of the things that are going through his mind
Regardless, I don't think there is a wrong decision here, both of them would treat you like a queen
Just be gentle with both of them, despite their tough exterior, they both have big hearts, and take care of the people and things that they love

Walking out of the school, Murayama arrives at his older sister's car, and unluckily for him, her best friend, y/n is sitting in the passenger seat. Despite what one might think, Murayama thinks very highly of y/n. She is top of her class in academics, she is involved with volunteer programs, and she is the kindest soul anyone has ever met. She’s gentle with others, always thinks about others before herself. Murayama hates seeing her because he fell in love with her the first time he saw her.
From the first day she walked through the door with his sister, she has been on his mind. He thinks about her during school when he is supposed to be in class, he thinks about her at work, which is why he keeps getting fired, late at night he thinks about what it would be like to hold her in his arms. What it would be like to leave sweet kisses on her cheeks. What it would be like to love her the way that he knows she deserves to be loved.

She provides a lot for him and takes care of him when their parents are working late into the night. Y/n is the only friend that has ever stuck with his sister, and he knows that. It’s something that he wouldn’t feel right interfering with. But my goodness, he wants her. He wants to show her that he can treat her the way that a woman should be treated. He wants to make her his queen, yet he can't bring himself to do it.
Not only has y/n been there for his sister, she’s been there for him. When he is beaten up after a fight, she has an ice pack and bandages ready. When he and his sister don't have enough money for groceries, she brings them a homemade meal. When he is out late at night, she always asks him to let her know when he makes it home safe. She's selfless, not only with his sister, but with him too.
He is unequivocally in love, yet he feels like he can't do anything about it. He can’t even bring himself to talk to his sister about it. He feels wrong about all of it. And the thought that keeps him up at night, is that he doesn't know how she feels. He has a sense of hope that she feels the same way as he does. A hope that one day she will want to be with him the way that he wants to be with her. Hope that one day, he won't have to suffer watching the woman he loves be with another man.
It’s a daily thing that y/n is at Murayama’s house. That’s why Murayama has been avoiding the house lately. He can't stand to see her, especially knowing that she is going through a break-up right now. It was a toxic situation, and she knew that, but still she stayed with him, and he hurt her, just like Murayama said he would. Y/n is gentle hearted, but she is tough. Seeing her cry over someone who is too dumb to see how amazing she is, breaks his heart more than anything else. He wants to be there for her, but he is afraid that if he is, his secret will be revealed. All he wants to do is hold her, and tell her that everything will be alright. He wants to tell her that he will be by her side through everything. He wants to tell her that he is never leaving, as he whispers sweet nothings in her ear. That’s all he wants. But it's the one thing he can't have.
Finally returning home after a long walk, he spots y/n sitting up on the roof. Surprisingly, she is alone. She was supposed to leave hours ago, she walked out the door with him when he left for his walk. He knew that he shouldn't, but he couldn't resist. He climbed onto the roof and sat down next to her, sitting in silence for a while.
“The stars are nice…” Murayama says, trying to break the silence.
“Yeah, I love them.” Y/n replies, trying to hide the emotions that she is feeling.
“You like looking at the stars?” He asks, starting light conversation.
“Yeah, you know, this is the first time anyone has sat with me and watched the stars…” Y/n began trailing off into thought, not realizing that Murayama is looking at her, rather than the stars.
“Oh really? Is that a bad thing?” He asks, trying to get a feel for the situation
“Yeah, it's something that is special to me, I don’t usually let other people join me on nights like these.” Y/n still deep into thought, Murayama feels the urge to pull her close, and hold her tight. He feels the urge to feel her warmth against his chest. Sitting under the night sky, with the woman he loves, but he can't bring himself to say anything.
Silence takes over again, to Murayama’s surprise, y/n can feel the tension just as much as he can.
“I've been talking a lot with your sister, about a lot of things…” Y/n says almost in a whisper.
“Yeah? About what? If you don't mind me asking.” Suddenly Murayama is curious.
“Typical girl stuff… gossip, crushes… things like that…” Murayama can hear the nerves in y/n voice. He shifts a little bit. A non-verbal way of showing that he is listening to what she has to say.
“I realized, after getting cheated on, that it didn’t hurt me as bad as I thought it would, or at least should. I realized that I didn't even want to be with him anyways, I just liked the idea of being with someone, I suppose. It’s a shallow thought, but it's true…”
“I dont think it's shallow, it's natural for someone to want to feel wanted… I think it's human to have those thoughts and feelings.” Murayama suddenly showed a softer side that even y/n hasn’t seen.
“Really? You think so?” Y/n asks, earning a hum of approval from Murayama.
More silence, only for a moment though.
“I told your sister that I have feelings for you…” y/n blurts out, breaking the silence yet again, leaving Murayama stunned. Frozen. Unable to form a coherent thought.
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have said anything. I- I think I’m just gonna head home.” Y/n says, unable to hide her flustered state. Packing up her bag, and the things that she had taken out, she’s stopped when Murayama grabs her hand. Looking at him, he looks deep into her eyes, as if she is the only thing in the world. As if the stars themselves are right there in her eyes.
His thoughts that are normally running through his mind cease to exist, as he pulls her in, and presses a sweet, gentle kiss to her lips. Time stops, and for a moment, the world is still. Everything feels as if it's falling into place. Everything finally feels right. As if they were always meant to be together.
