Keybug headcanons because I love them
They find the Keybug post series, while going back to get Doll's body.
Uzi was going through a bunch of names with them, with N tossing in a few as well. Eventually N threw out the name 'Trigger' to match with Uzi! Trigger loved it so much and Uzi didn't tear up Don't even imply that.
Trigger likes to hide away in Uzi's hat. Being a little comfort buddy on the go. They're really in tune to what Uzi's feeling :3
Trigger also really likes Khan! And Khan loves the little Keybug and their technology with doors.
Trigger is also linked to every door in the Outpost. Basically giving Uzi a way inside always, as long as she's in the right mind because Trigger can just refuse to let her in if she's overheating (which unfortunately happens a few times when Uzi's getting used to her new powers).
Uzi doesn't go after Trigger even when overheating, even when it should be bad enough that she'd lick up old and dry oil from smears across the wall levels of bad.
Trigger is later equipped with access to security functions, mostly tripping alarms both loud and silent along with remote access to the doors, because they'll go with Usi outside and can send a very early warning heads up to the Bunker if a threat is upcoming.
A lot of those alerts are weather related now that a shocking amount of the bunker is actually situated with windows.
Trigger likes N, V, and Nori too. Just isn't as close to them despite how much time Uzi spends with them.
Trigger also really likes Thad. If Uzi and Khan can't find them, they just ask Thad lol
