Each design has two near check boxes that read “Male” and “Female”, which have been crossed out, and a crooked checkbox with a line, and text in a different font so that it looks like it has been hand-written in, each reading a different answer.
The pins are, in order:
The aroace flag, with stripes of orange, yellow, white, light blue, and navy blue, and reads, "Aroace".

Both read, "Unicorn", and the second version has a pale yellow unicorn's head in the background. the vampirgenos or vampire flag, with stripes of berry red, dark purple, cream, dark red, and black, and reads, "Vampire". The lycaogenos or werewolf flag, with stripes of orange, amber-yellow, cream, light brown, and darker brown, which reads, "Werewolf".

(-genos is the suffix I'm using for gender flags that are designed specifically for otherkin so that they're distinct from other xenogenders. It's greek for 'gender'.)

As an obligatory disclaimer, no, allistic people, autigender doesn't actually mean autism is a gender that you can transition to. That's not what it means and not what it's saying. (though some autistic people do see autism/being autistic as their gender, and that's perfectly fucking fine, thank you very much).
Autigender means that your understand of gender/gender identity is impacted or influenced by your being autistic. Gender is a social construct, and being autistic can mean you see it differently than allistic people do. (And no, just because you're autistic and 'understand' gender just fine and don't think it influences your gender at all does not give you the right to be ableist and attack autistic people who do experience what autigender describes! Being autistic does not give you the right to attack other autistic people!)
These pins are made for fun, not to be an educational treatise to get ableist transphobes to stop attacking autistic trans people.
Leave autigender people alone or I'll fucking maul you.
