Nori’s personally a favourite of mine. <3 I developed her quite a bit today, so here’s your answer!
Compared to her good looks, Nori is a bit underwhelming in personality. She’s a bit awkward when around people, and while she cares deeply for those around her, her slightly pessimistic personality tends to keep most away at first. She’s kind and has good intentions, just not always mindful of her tone of voice or overthinking her words to the point they don’t seem genuine.
She’s the town’s herbologist, which is a huge job considering plants aren’t exactly naturally growing everywhere in the high wintry mountains and people catch the flu like nobody’s business. So she keeps busy to the point that she doesn’t have much free time.
So I guess TL;DR: she doesn’t quite have the personality that you expect from just looking at her, and her role in the clan is a bit more laboured than anticipated.
