Murk Man and Jason

A few years after Jason dies, Bruce — Murk Man — finds out someone stored the young vigilante's mind on a chip, and interested parties intend to use or sell it to the highest bidder.

He breaks in, collects the digitised remnants of his son, but when shit hits the fan, it ends up activating in his head.

Jason... has changed in his time as an engram. Bruce experiences the boy's death, but the engram that confronts him is older, angrier. Other memories and conversations reveal how the narrative of his life has been subtly twisted and shifted, driving a wedge between them.

If Bruce can find a way to save this body, he has to decide what the hell to do with Jason's mind — what he even can do.

And it's going to take them working together, Bruce relying on Jason as his condition worsens, and consciousness and control increasingly slip from his grasp. He doesn't know if he can trust Jason not to kill, and doesn't know how to handle it if and when he comes to with someone's blood on his hands.

One of the keys to solving their problem is the Al Ghuls — and the young son he didn't know he had, who's been interacting with Jason's construct for years.
