♚-; It wasn’t often that Lissandra visited Spadia, and it wasn’t often she ran into her Emperor either. As soon as he spotted her, he immediately ran up in order to speak with her. As Emperor, he could do whatever he wanted, but as someone who had built Melantia into the reigning empire it was today, she was always thrown off at his casual way of speaking; she simply didn’t see it fit for someone of his caliber! She was impressed by him, perhaps even amazed by him, and so to hear his way of speaking (excluding his antics with Minh) always threw her off.
♚-; As the two continued their way to the castle (for she had intended to stay the night), her foot got lodged in a crack in the sidewalk. Forcibly pulling it out, it was no struggle for her, however by doing so with such hurried strength, she broke her heel. A distressed sigh is released by her as she picks up the broken fragment of her shoe, how unfortunate... It was one of her favorites too.
♚-; Bowing towards Crimson, Lissandra begins to speak, “Embarrassingly enough, it seems I’ve broken a heel, Your Majesty... I would love to continue our chat, but I cannot walk like this, so perhaps we will have to put our conversation on hold for the while. I’ll meet you at the castle, yes?” And with that, she turns to go to one of the nearby stores in hopes of buying a new pair to walk with. It wasn’t like she was trying to get rid of Crimson--don’t get her wrong, she adored both Melantia’s Emperor and Empress, but his informality could sometimes be a little too... odd and, dare she say, overbearing, for her tastes. It was a personality type she was unused to, especially coming from someone that high of a rank.
