@muscleegg tip in your oats!!! One way I luv to use my #muscleegg is mix a 1/4 c at a time into the oats and reheat 30 sec intervals until my allotted protein is met for that meal. It turns your oats so fluffy like a sweet treat and then I doctor it up w cinammon, nutmeg, @skinnymixes etc and sesame seeds are awesome bc they give texture!
