The snow was more light and gentle, and they weren’t stranded either in truth they could just return to the car and wait but then Drake wouldn’t have the advantage of a good entrance later. Once again he had been paired up with the shush agent jeez you think those yahos didn’t trust Darkwing to handle this case alone. He thought as he was pacing back and forth, blowing air into his hands and rubbing them together to build friction and create some warmth. He need it so bad, the cold was setting into his bones at this point and his teeth were chattering. none stop. Until he smacked into Launchpad.  normally he would pull away but he didn’t he stayed there. “You’re so warm” he let slip out loud. The larger duck had offered his jacket before but Drake declined he didn’t need it, clearly he did now as he relaxed against them. Their warmth chasing away the cold and sweeping into Drake’s bones. Turning his head a bit and letting himself hear their heat beat. Warmth surrounding the mallard, part of him just wanted to be back in their embrace.
