“I’ve been thinking.” Ryan said with a grin “I think we should go on a little vacation.” He kissed her cheek. “We don’t have to be gone for too long, but you deserve some relaxation.” He smiled as he wrapped her arms around her.

“It’s one week away.” Ryan kissed Pippa’s cheek while he took her hand. “If you think it’s too soon or anything, we can wait.” But Ryan really couldn’t. He was way too happy to be able to call Pippa his wife in the next week. “What else needs to get done?”

It had been a hard few days, and Ryan did his best to take his time to be there for Pippa. Losing family was never easy, and he wanted her to know she had him always. He knew she had a lot going on, so between being there, he also wanted to give her some space to be with her family.
Ryan knocked on her door before slowly walking in. “Pip?” He called out. He looked around until he spotted her. “Hi, baby.” He moved in and kissed her forehead. “I took the day off so we can spend it together.”

Ryan sighed as he was walking home. He knew it was hard to navigate through the town, but this was the first time he bumped into someone. “Shit.” He said before looking in front. “Sorry. Definitely could not see where I was going.” He let out a small laugh.

“Lizzie!” Ryan yelled out as he shook his head. “You know you should be jumping out and scaring people.” He gave her a teasing look. “People might be thinking you’re the one grabbing people in the fog.” He laughed before putting his arm around the other. “How are you doing?”

Ryan heard a knock on the door before he went downstairs and opened it. “Hey Av.” He smiled and stepped aside to let her come in. “Eli isn’t home. I think he’s spending the night at his lady friend’s house.” He winked playfully.

Right after his encounter with David, Ryan made his way over to Pippa. He figured David saw her first, and wanted to make sure she was okay. As he walked into the hotel, he saw her looking at a document before going up and pulling her in. “Hi.” He kissed her cheek, lovingly. “I met David.” He softly said as his eyes searched her over for any harm.
