I also fall into bi/pan, so I understand where you’re coming from. It’s lonely! We have a handful of characters, and they’re defined by their current relationship. I think anti-slash is deep seeded homophobia more than anything.

People have such a limited view of human sexuality. It’s staggering. And sad.

i know. this person (jean008) has this concept that there is only homosexuality and heterosexuality, and that thinking that characters are other than what the media suggests is wrong. so, basically, all cishets should stay cishets, even if its not explicitly stated. bugs the fuck out of me, because as someone who identifies as bi/pan, i dont have much representation. so i headcanon some characters that way to give myself something in my media at least. but according to this person, thats wrong of me, and all people who like slash are disgusting perverts.

Thank you so much, I'm not too bad now. I just feel like such a bitch sometimes, and I hate it. I'm having a chat to some old friends and they're making me feel much better. I think maybe trying to be myself around new friends who don't actually know me that well wasn't the best idea ... I'm not good with people, and when I have already got established relationships, I sometimes forget that not everyone knows how bad I am with people...
