"Himiko-chan!?"

Ochako's face is pale, and she's never worn an expression as shocked as the one she's wearing now. As if she's seen a ghost, she stands there, stunned- too confused to even will herself to move.

...When did the life of Himiko Toga become so important to her? It feels like these feelings... crept up on her so gradually, that by the time she noticed them, they'd already been there forever. Ochako had convinced herself that caring about a villain like Himiko had made her strange, selfish and wrong - but ever since that final battle, she's hated herself for ever feeling that way.

Because she was too late. She'd been so caught up trying to figure out if Himiko was a villain or just a hurting girl that she hadn't been able to see she was both. That even if she had hurt so many people... she herself had been hurting just as much from the very start. Ochako just wanted to see her smile again, and maybe that made her a bad person, maybe it was wrong - but frankly, she couldn't care less anymore. The pain she felt when she realized that Himiko was sacrificing herself for her was just too much to bear.

So now... how is it that she's seeing Himiko before her, when she'd thought she was dead and gone forever? She wants to believe so badly in what she's seeing, it's like her heart's being squeezed in a vice, but she's so scared that it's a lie.

"You-- want me to be your fake boyfriend?" He was shocked, to say the least. Of anyone she could use to make Light jealous, she had to choose him? L found the behavior curious. Did Kira tell her to get close to him?

He suspected Light of being Kira's true identity-- causing him frustration by dating the woman who adored him, even falsely, would likely drive him to slip up. It was a tempting situation. Certainly it would sate his curiosity about romantic relationships.

"I accept. Darling." The word was tacked on with a deadpan tone. He'd have work to do if he wanted to be a convincing partner.

"Yours might be cuter, but mine is weirder. I think that puts me at advantage."

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ-` 👻 ´- 【  To anyone else,  the scene of Danny slumped over the picnic table might be a cause for  concern,  but to anyone that  KNEW  him it was just Danny being... Danny .  He wasn't faking it by any means,  but he had the tendency to act a little overdramatic . 

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤA  loud  GROAN  rumbled  into  the  withered  wood  of  the  table,  shaking  it  on  its  rusty  metal  legs.

Leonardo wasn’t sure what to say, feeling a bit awkward inside. After all, she had been their enemy for an amount of time. Especially after her ‘father’ had been banished by the Utroms. However, after the events with the Demon Shredder trying to take over the world, and in their recent adventure in Turtle Prime, she had aided them. She had even come to Casey and April’s wedding. And they hadn’t been at odds with each other since. But the leader was a bit nervous all the same. She had stabbed him on Shredder’s star ship, had The Foot hunt down her family while he was away in Japan, and those were he wasn’t going to forget any time soon. Still...He knew there was good in her. Maybe they could be allies...Friends, even. Put the past behind them.

The least he could do was give her a chance.

“So, ah...How’ve you been?”
