Our Museum Showcases are made by veteran carpenters with exceptional knowledge about carpentry and the museum industry.  For over 30 years our company has strived to be among the top 3 designers and manufactures of museum grade and very durable museum showcases that will last a life time.  Various museums for which we have build museum display cabinets over 30 years ago are still using these same museum cases today.  The only big change came in the form of LED lighting which has taken the display case industry by storm.

Shelving systems for museum Cases

Shelving systems in museum cases need to have certain unique characteristics from commercial display cases.  There are two major styles of shelving used.

* Hanging systems- The thinnest shelving system is a system that can hang instead of being supported from the bottom.  Hanging systems will not bow as opposed to systems supported from the bottom

* Always specify rod based hanging systems.  These systems are more stable and give you a better level of security.  Avoid any shelving system that uses holes drilled into the glass shelves because this weakens the glass.  Toolless adjustment is far better than using a tool to adjust the shelf supports.

* Avoid cable systems-  These systems are much more prone to shake, swaying and vibration and theses systems often use drilled holes in the glass.

Museum display cabinets are a great advantage in keeping an entire area in control. In many cases, if you don't have the security that a showcase can have, the objects can break and even be stolen. Our showcases offer security controls such as keys to manipulate the object and temperature and humidity controls where the object can be better preserved. Our museum showcases have different finishes that will make them look better according to your section or theme.

Museum-type display case V.M.E.1

The opening of the showcases Model E Museum is carried out on the own frame with hinge in stainless steel with axial bearings, the closing is assured with a special screw of high resistance. The showcases have a lock at the bottom. These closures are hidden by means of housings by means of an embellisher of the showcase. These housings have a key for security. Anti-vibration system with levelling. The union between glass and glass is ensured by grinding and polishing the edges with neutral silicone.
