Human size depo agent mushroom puppets that live off human flesh for food... not you though they like you~

You find two mini Alraune mushroom twins( they are adults they're just very small) and they start growing in size. You give them food and shelter as they grow to about your height. They tell stories and tell you that they like you.

However their affections are one-sided because you only like them as friends

Little Shop of Horrors style and now they're starting to take over the planet.

You run from him but they will find you their spores are starting to infect humans, soon they'll have full control over the human world. You can run and hide... but for how long?

You have no idea how fucking feral I am for Mushroomas right now. Just the whole “tiny monster needs blood/flesh/etc to survive but is otherwise seemingly harmless so what could possibly be the harm in feeding it, only for it to grow into a huge powerful monster” makes me weak af. 😫

I’m imagining just encountering these tiny mushroom men and being so endeared by their pleading eyes that I prick my finger and allow them to suck the little droplets of blood from my finger tips….And then when they become huge mushroom monsters, you get to suck on them now. 👀💦

Aah i know I watched Little Shop of Horrors around Halloween and I was in love!

Imagine reader having a little mushroom forgery's shop because they go out into the forest and Forge for fresh mushrooms to sell.

Your darling Alrune "friends" would never dare harm my hair on your finger but they will happily eat and drink the blood of rude customers or that date you that came into your shop and kissed you right in front of the(SO VERRRY RUDE!!)

You keep them in your little mushroom Greenhouse where it's all dim and humid, were they sometimes lure the rude customers in before killing them.

Cordyceps, ya' know those freaky mushrooms that take over insects. I feel like that might work for the little shop of horror theme, or that's just going into The last of Us territory IDK.

Probably an unknown type of type of Cordyceps just for that Supernatural feel

Maybe they only just take over insects before they start doing humans.

However for some reason their spores do not work on you?

Hm... how curious... now they can't mind control you to do their bidding force you to love them.

They will just use they're already completely controlled humans to go find you drag you back to your little mushroom forging cabin that they turned into their nest.

More mushmas!

Of course mushroommas can grow any type of mushroom in the animal kingdom

Emmet grows mushrooms for joltiks to sleep on or hide.

They kind of "grew" in a forest near a train station and their "clothes" mimic the train station uniforms.

Because their love of trains they kind of had a weird fascination with humans. Humans can make all sorts of great things they could make things 10 times the size of them.

They also love trains because mushrooms can't move and trains move really fast, they want to move too!

They produce a venomous liquid that gives you all sorts of effects( psychedelic or aphrodisiac)

Discussed a little bit of what species of mushrooms the subway bosses will be.

We haven't decided on beneficial species but we did play around with two ideas

amanita Muscaria

While I suggested oyster mushrooms only because they have different colors and they grow in little colonies.

But there are many many mushrooms species for us to choose from.

Maybe they're just a combination of all mushrooms and they can kind of change their appearance like humans with clothes.
