Hot Mustard - Diabetic style

Powdered mustard has no sugar but prepared mustard does - go figure that one out. I tried various recipes for making mustard from mustard powder including paprika, turmeric, white vinegar, mustard seed... but this one from off the wrapper is the best.
1 T. mustard powder
1 T. water
Mix in a saucer with a fork. That's it!
This would be great with roast pork or prime rib.
Sometimes simple is best.
