Decided over the weekend to draw my ocs as cats and for the cats to make them anthro. Not exactly happy with how the anthros came out but the kitties (and James) turned out wonderful!

As my drawing says Shiv sells syringes full of... Whatever it is, to give your cats random mutations, while being leveled up by getting kittens with mutations or birth defects, allows him to sell a syringe with a specific rare mutation in it!
