Actually, to activate a phone as far as I know, you dial *228 or something and an automated thing will activate it. :o

Agh, good luck. For some reason dye just doesn’t soak into my hair anymore. I don’t even dye that often but I can never get the color I want. ;___;

Mine too! Omg it's so annoying :( It's only been like it recently, everytime i've dyed it - it doesn't take to my hair or it'll dye the tips of my hair or something shitty :( thanks for the luck c':
