Creative projects from our community
It's about time we recapped some great projects our community have made using dubble as their main tool.

STRANGERS IN DUBBLE
As people appeared in schnellschnell's dubble profile he started to name them and immortalised them in this blog:

Make a dubble, download it and then mix the dubble. Repeat 100 times and what do you get? An insane evolving image. Check the video:
Painters know about texture
Our latest spotlight is on Danielle, a Dutch painter who sometimes uses her work to make awesome dubbles
My name is Danielle, I'm a Dutch artist, a painter. Two days a week I also work in a museum for contemporary art, museum de Pont in the Netherlands.
Besides painting I love photography. For me it's a way to watch the world! I take pictures to remember!
A friend told me about the double app. I love surprise! And everytime I post a photo on dubble, it feels like opening a present :-)
Sometimes when I really like the dubbles I share them on fb or instagram! There I also get a lot of likes on the dubbles!
Half of me, and half of the rest of the world!! 😊👍 I don't use a lot of filters or whatever
Teall us about your artwork:
I use oil and acrylic paint, both really diluted. I work in layers, inspired by plants, and nature in general. But a great deal inspired by paints and the experiments with paint!

dubbles by Harvey Scott
Over to London to meet Harvey. Possibly one of the youngest dubblers in the world (that we know of right now). He gives us hope about the future of smartphone photographers willingness to be creative, experimental and patient!
I am a 13 year old boy who aspires to become a great photographer. I am a diver and currently train at Crystal palace five hours a week.
My three favourite photo apps are VSCO cam, to get great shots, Dubble, to transform and make the shots even better, and finally Instagram, to share the shots I have created.
Dubble is a great, fun and creative way to produce amazing photos whilst socialising at the same time :) it is so simple and that is why it so effective.
Have you shot multiple exposures before?
No. I have a DSLR but if I wanted to make a double, triple etc. exposure I would have to make it on photoshop or other software.

Wait; no comments and likes?
The dubble team is small. So small in fact you could fit as all in a Smart Car including our laptops, phones and beauty cases.
With this in mind we decided to launch dubble with the simple raw dubbling feature and some sharing. You can also redubble, visit other profiles, block or report users and pictures.
So what's next?
Loads!
Firstly we got the pesticide out and cleaned some bugs. Then we will work on sharing to instagram [we're there as well @dubbleapp].
After this we will add a custom zoom to make sure users don't upload images with heavy black borders.
This should be ready later this week.
Our next big release however will be likes and comments. This way you can chat with your new dubbler friends.
When? We can't give you a date yet but should be a couple of weeks.
Be patient with us and keep dubbling!
