It’s Mutual Monday!!

what is Mutual Monday? Mutual Monday is an arising project with the goal of building a closer community between the artists of tumblr, by sharing and supporting each other’s work every monday!

it serves both as an excuse to start conversations to interact with mutuals and helps to make our little corner of the internet a lot livelier!

while there’s plenty of posts going around telling people to reblog and comment more, it can be very hard to balance your original work with supporting other people as an artist.

this problem is only intensified by many people being unfamiliar with how to create and navigate a dedicated art tag (if they even know they exist).

in conclusion, this is a once-in-a-week reminder to say hello to your mutuals!

If You Want To Participate:

simply reblog the work of one or several of your mutuals and show them some love! don’t forget to tag it with “mutual monday”, so that others know you’d like for them to interact with you as well!

alternatively, you can send them a few asks about random stuff or start a conversation in dms! but remember: reblogging their art is still the main way for it to be seen by others!

have a wonderful next 24 hours and start interacting!

so if yall dont follow @jisquish ,,,,,,, literally What Are You Doing her blog is one of the greatest in the fandom oops burnt my tongue on that tea!! not only does she have an incredible blog (her posts are hilarious, she’s a phenomenal writer, she sings i am india’s publicist first and a human second), but she’s also just Such an amazing person. india was one of my first and closest friends when I joined the fandom, and she has been nothing less than a huge pillar of support for me and for so many others during these past few months. i don’t know if she knows this (hopefully she does) but a LOT of people admire her because of how absolutely amazing she is. she is a huge advocate for so many causes and is the voice for those who are afraid to speak up. she inspires those around her (including me) to DO better and BE better. she’s maintains all her moral and social values even when it seems like the world keeps trying to bring her down. she is hardworking, respectful, humble, beautiful, thoughtful, and so much more. she makes my life and so many others better and deserves nothing less than eternal happiness and love and I LOVE HER WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING 💖💖💖
