yeah idk uhm ., link. and zelda were childhood friends n uhm. ? i think i had it so that his parent(s?) died when he was like a baby perhaps bfore he met zelda idk and then he went to live w his uncle who then also died when he was like 5 and by then he n zelda were def. friends and somehow ,,, she , a 6 yr old , convinced rhoam to let link move in w them ?? or maybe he was considering it bc his parents + uncle(?) had been family friends n zelda helped sway his decision idfk uhm but either way somehow link ended up moving in w them n it was nice bc zelda was livin w her best friend when shed been all alone nearly her entire life + her mom had just died n rhoams not. the best at comforting ppl so link was a good support to have and then zelda died when they were like 16/17 but link Still had no where to go so ig rhoam let him stay ? lmao idk tht was at least a concern of links in th immediate/near aftermath of zeldas death

do you think.. itd be feasible for rhoam to have seen, when zelda asked him if they could take in link, an opportunity for positive press and a chance to paint himself in a humanitarian "i love kids sooo much" light like rhoam as a rule is a p questionable guy with regards to how he treats his own daughter and whatnot and he Is literally a politician so it seems to me more characteristic of him than just taking link in out of the kindnesses of his heart

Would Link cope eventually, or stay silent? An I was reading the little fics on your deadpheasants blog; the dream where Zelda pushes him in the chest, and he wakes up feeling that still, and it gave like a fever dream vibe I guess idk sorry

ur alright pal ! n ya i was thinkin tht eventually he is able to work thru everything n grieve properly n at some point regain his speech yeah but i. dont know when thatd b or if itd happen soon enough to be included within the timeline of th story (which i might ? actually write ?? eventually ??? idfk shsjs)

me: links been living with zelda and rhoam and impa since he was about 5 or 6 but only at zeldas 5yr old "hes my best friend i luuuuv him pls daddy" behest and although rhoam didnt hate him by any means , he and links parents were probably friends or acquaintances of some sort , he wasnt his flesh and blood and thus had a less developed/more easily strained relationship , yet even after zeldas death , which to rhoam would easily be misunderstood as having been links fault , he let him continue living in their home me @ me: tht doesnt make much sense tho me: Show Me Where I Asked
