liliana: You married already?

It had been almost a year of Dahlia sneaking around with Douglas, though it didn’t seem that long, she really wasn’t sure how things got to be like this. She found herself fantasizing about leaving Jaime all the time, moving in with Dougie instead, though she doubted that would ever happen, the thought of it was all too scary for her to ever try to make it happen. Leaving Jaime was scary enough, but what if Douglas didn’t end up wanting her? They’d discussed her leaving now and then, but that didn’t mean he’d be signing up to be her full time boyfriend anytime soon. Having her around full time might make him realize that he never really liked her much. She shook those thoughts away as she let herself into his house. Dahlia still found it difficult to make herself comfortable here, not because Douglas didn’t try, he did, but she felt uncomfortable anywhere she went. She suspected it was a side effect of knowing that you’re always a second away from doing something wrong. “Douglas,” She called out quietly, as she wound her way into the kitchen, then stared at the fridge for a few seconds before daring to get herself a glass of water.

This pregnancy was moving faster than Robin had ever anticipated. It was almost like she’d blinked and now she was in her fifth month already. Less than a week and it’d mark month six. They knew the genders of their babies now, and before they knew it, they were going to be here and in their arms, so Robin felt like they needed to start making decisions about what would happen once they arrived. Starting with godparents. Of course, that was something she and Grant needed to decide together, though Robin had already made plans to go to dinner with Alex tonight and had planned to ask her about it then, so catching Grant walking in from a walk with Clover an hour before she was due to leave felt like pretty good timing. “Hey, look, it’s two of my three favorite guys,” Robin grinned, approaching her fiancé and their dog as they entered the kitchen. Without thought, she leaned up to press her lips against Grant’s, pulling back with a satisfied smile. “How was your walk? Come sit with me, I have to talk to you about something. Something fun.”

DOUGIE: soooo, in your opinion, what are some of my best qualities? i need help writing my tinder bio.
EVA: it's tinder, aren't you just supposed to slap something fake and witty there and hope someone falls into the Tinder Trap?
EVA: Just say you're good with your hands and have a lot of money. Works every time.
"I'm afraid you don't understand," Harmony glanced down to her ankle, which was looking more and more swollen by the second. She desperately tried to call after the EMT, but he’d disappeared down another corner of the hospital and she was left outside the x-ray room in a wheelchair, with an ice pack on her left ankle. It had been a freak accident, to be perfectly frank, and while Harmony was doing her best to pretend that none of this was actually happening, it was certainly a scary predicament.
What felt like hours later, she was wheeled into a room and helped up onto the hospital bed. Once the ER nurse poked his head in, Harmony’s slump turned into her best, ramrod straight posture that any aspiring singer would envy. “Hello! I’m Harmony Pearce. It’s a pleasure to meet you, although I wish it were under better circumstances...” She paused for a moment to clear her throat, and then immediately went back into her rambling. “So... I’ve had my x-rays all done, I’ve been poked and prodded, and I’m hoping that you’re here to reassure me that my ankle is not broken. I’m in a production of Carousel, you see, and I’m Julie Jordan, which is the lead, and there’s no possible way I can do the ballet sequences with a broken ankle, therefore, there is no possible way that my ankle is broken. I’m certain that you have patients who are in much more dire condition than my little twist, and I think we’d both benefit from saying I’m perfectly fine and ready to go home, right?”
