He has been compromised. Brainwashed, yes, but there is one thing that will never sit well with him, no matter what, and that’s bullying. For the longest time now, Steve has not said anything. Done his job the way it had to be done, sometimes with the winter soldier, some other times without. This time, they were on their way back to the Headquarters, sitting in a plain, waiting.
