🧠Captain’s Log🧠 After my second good night’s sleep my pain is now reduced to 50%. Words cannot express how joyful I am. I feel like I've been sleeping in a nightmare of pain for a hundred million centuries. I feel the sun on my face for the first time and it doesn't hurt. I brushed my teeth this morning and it didn't hurt. I put blush on my cheeks and it didn't hurt. I am alive and it's better. I am alive and it doesn't hurt to breath. The air feels different. I can feel the earth beneath my feet and it is beautiful. I can touch my face and smile and it DOESN’T HURT!!! I have been in excruciating pain for eight years, that’s 25% of my life. I am alive and you couldn’t kill me if you tried for a hundred million years. I can only imagine what I can conquer and accomplish now. I owe my brain surgeon my life.
