Music, Whining and New Friendships || LUCINDA & AUGUSTUS
It had been a hell of a few months for Lucinda, she had hit breaking point and took off on the quickest flight out. The only person she had notified was her best friend Alecto Carrow, who so happened to be seeing Augustus Rookwood. A guy she had met at school, they were in the same year - just different houses. Augustus had gotten tickets to a concert for him and Alecto, however she had been called for her duty and Augustus was left with a spare. Knowing her friend was hurting and could do with a pick me up, Alecto suggested he take Lucinda to cheer her up.
She stood outside the venue where the gig was being held, it was rather chilly and she zipped her leather jacket all the way up. She took a deep breath, she was sort of nervous, she had never been to a concert before. The closest she had been to live music was when she was at a ball and there was string quartet or something playing. This was a rock concert from what Alecto had told her. She was grateful to Alecto for suggesting it and even more grateful for Augustus agreeing to take her, she like Aug, he was good to her best friend and he was lovely to her. It was just what she needed, something fun to take her mind of everything. She smiled as Aug rounded the corner and walked towards her.
