Gathering Intelligence || Marshall and Kat || Day 4

She knew everyone was exhausted, and she hadn’t moved for an hour, but that was because she was trying to stave off a panic attack. She didn’t know anything about this place. Marshall had just assumed they would all go, and he’d made the plan, and they’d gone.

She couldn’t deal with it. She remembered her breathing exercises, counting down in her head, slowly, and the thumb of her right hand tapped over each of her fingers, one, two, three, four, three, two, one, two, three, four, over and over. 

When she felt like she could move without throwing up, she stood up, and went over to Marshall. She knew she was showing the tension, but she was sure, convinced, that Walkers would come crashing in at any moment. 

“Marshall.” Her accent was stronger, harsher, when she was stressed. “I need to know. Everything. About this place.” She gestured, her fingers tapping against each other compulsively, trying to stay calm.

Movie Monday - Napoleon Dynamite (Dance Scene)

Since it’s almost Valentines Day I wanted to choose a movie that my wife and I both enjoyed.  We decided on Napoleon Dynamite – we use to watch this movie all the time when we first started to date (awwww). One of our favorite scenes was the dance routine where Napoleon boogies all over the auditorium stage in his moon boots.

AVG Anti-Virus

I always get asked Mwest, my computer has a virus what should I do? My first question to them is do you have anti-virus software? From there I get into my normal speech about why it’s important and what’s at risk if you’re not protected. ·      Loss of time ·      Hard drive crashes   o   Loss of family photos   o   Music   o   Videos   o   Software ·      Personal information   o   Banking   o   Bill Payment information These are just a few of the problems you can experience just by not having anti-virus software. Now you know where I’m going with this so I’d like to recommend a good free choice, which is AVG anti-virus. I think it’s a great alternative. I haven’t used it in a while but for folks who don’t want to spend the cash and stay virus free while browsing the inter webs, I would definitely recommend checking it out.  A paid version is also available but the free version is what I would go with. What I use is Norton 360 on my windows machine. Name brand anti-virus is all about user interface and what you like. Some people like McAfee but its up to you when you cross that bridge of a paid anti-virus software. Click here to download AVG
