Loyalty is very important to Elisande. It’s why she still harps on about Thalyssra even after so many events since then, and it’s likely she will still hold that grudge. For as much as she preaches about being a god, or beyond comprehension, she still exhibits alarmingly mortal traits at times, like her pride and her selfishness. It is extremely unlikely that the bridge of trust will ever be repaired once it’s been broken.

As for Elisande’s loyalty – it’s LEGENDARY. Her utter devotion to her people, believing what she is doing is right based on what she can perceive needs no introduction. How she would subject herself to the whims and horrors of the Legion’s requests if it meant that her subjects are spared. She would willingly shoulder any pain, any torment for them and that has been used against her, squandered and thrown back at her face and yet she STILL will do anything for them.

And i think it’s because of that loyalty that she’s stubborn to people trying to tell her that there is other ways than what she had done, because of her abilities, what she’s able to perceive, it’s hard to believe anything but her own judgement.
