He snickers, admittedly under his breath at the comment. As if, it was a simple task that could be accomplished by a kindergartner. Don’t die. Well what if I want to die? What’s the point? It’s not as if I have anyone to live for anymore. Yet, if this was so then why did he continue on each day? Force of habit? That must be the excuse for trying so hard.
Deep down he knew that there was more to his continuance in this life, but he had yet to invest any thought.
“No promises.”
wolfram could understand that. everyone here was bound to die at some point. to be fair, he, too, was curious as to how someone like him could die; the closest he could get was exploding into a thousand little pieces, and with a mental capacity such as his, it was easy to forget how to be himself again. so he blinked, and tilted his head from one side to the other. "okay." the response was short and curt, but he reached out to pat the other's head, metal hand probably heavy, so he tried to make his movements lighter so that he wouldn't accidentally crush the man's head. "good. we all die here."
