Helicopter friend

This guy. I’d like to talk about him.

Just a heads up though, probably nothing new - I’ll be pointing out things I noticed and liked.

The helicopter friend is quite direct. His ways are blunt.

He has two useful little nub hands and he knows how to use them.

The moment that I liked the most though, I thought it was hilarious and adorable in its futility at the same time-

Just think about it. The cube picks the square up; the ship honestly tries his best, even if that means wetting the shattered remains of the protagonist. But the helicopter? *tap tap SMASH SMASH SMASH* those pieces. Maybe that will help!

Desktop reveal! The second one I actually use as my lockscreen, but I don’t know a way to screenshot that so just have it as an alt background.

This is just a small thing I wanted to make for my own enjoyment, my first personal wallpaper. Perhaps I’ll experiment with other ideas in the future, but I really like this one for now.

Oh, hey, look - another thing that was inspired by a song. This time it’s Griffinilla’s “The Fire” and the drawing is what I saw when listening to it. Actually, it’s surprising (to me at least) how much of this whole thing came to me thanks to music.

In case it’s not clear - they’re not on fire; they are fire. It was my first time trying to draw flames. Very fittingly, I started it while watching a documentary about forest fires in Australia in class and finished in three days - on 15th of March 2017.

Two different edits because I can’t decide which looks better.
