i fucking love my cat so much. i'm literally bawling my eyes out because i just fucking LOVE her. she's perfect. i can't stand it
my cat is not very affectionate in the sense that she doesn't particularly enjoy being picked up, or even pet when I'M the one who initiates it, unless she's already sleepy.
however
when I'M asleep, she will do this really goofy thing where she stands on my legs and makes biscuits on the blanket next to me (not on me) with her front paws, and uses her back paws to kinda..support herself? (i call them her "grippers" because if you clench your toes real tight? that's what she's doing lol)
she doesn't understand gravity, or like, how fabric moves around when you're moving around? so she honestly just slides from side to side with her back paws in an attempt to hold herself up 🥲

she may not be a conventionally cuddly cat, but she's mine and she makes me giggle 😌

the best kind of friends are the ones like @layersofgreencrystals - it doesn't matter that it takes you 3-5 business days to respond to texts. you still blindly send memes and reels to them before answering actual messages, but they're just happy that you exist, and they make sure you know that. they know you'll respond back to their multi paragraph text with an even longer one - it's just gonna be awhile 😌 and that's okay.
