55. Share a relationship story.
I thought I was starting to know what the line “do you think it’s possible to fall in love with the idea of a person” was all about. And for a few glorious moments I thought I was living a teenage dream. But I wasn’t, and they weren’t, and that was the end of it. It left as quickly as it came.
56. State 8 facts about your body
My skin is very sensitive. Everywhere. Some places more than others, but still. I can shiver from a light touch on the wrist or breath on my neck.
I don’t shave my legs often. No matter what I do, I get razor burn and ingrown hairs and they just start to look terrible. But I also look like a yeti.
My stomach is the only part of my body I’m hypersensitive about because it has never been flat. I only notice fat on my stomach and I hate that I care.
My toes are tiny and always look like they are curled.
I have a lot of strange scars. Like one from tripping on a printer, or catching a spoon that fell in the oven.
I have two birthmarks: one on my right wrist, the other on the side of my right kneecap.
I have a tiny butt. There’s basically no butt.
I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last year but my roommates used to describe my body type as “potato with toothpicks.” Weight in the torso, tiny limbs. I have tiny noodle arms.
57. Things you want to say to an ex
I doubt you still read my blog but I’m sorry if I did anything wrong or didn’t try hard enough. I do still want to be your friend, but I’m also a bit glad for the space to get over you. I didn’t realize I had needed it.
83. Who was your first kiss with?
I was 15 and it was with my first boyfriend, Nico, in a hidden hallway in our high school. It wasn’t a bad first kiss at all, but it was 366 days into the relationship. The drama around it wasn’t great.
