So how was episode 1 of Hibike! S2? Also there is a Tsukamoto Shuuichi protection squad, established by mxkoharu.
Just finished it! I wasn’t expecting a double-length episode, that’s for sure… >_> But I mean, it was a nice episode overall. They lay the fanservice on pretty thick at the end, but I’m not too surprised about that.
The drama of what happened the previous year gets a little annoying after a while. I think the drama is justified, because they remaining members probably felt betrayed when their classmates quit like that. I’d probably side with Asuka as well, but it’s irritating to watch it from the first-years’ perspective, because they get shut down whenever they ask about what happened.
I gotta say though, KyoAni is amazing. They never fail to blow my mind with just how mesmerizing and pretty everything is! Sometimes they go overboard with the prettiness, but that’s not really a big complaint! I’m also happy to hear that the soundtrack is pretty as usual. I can’t wait to download it! :)
