Frisk smiled and proceeded to cuddle into the blankets even more as Chara carried them. Admittedly, it was quite comfortable, so they weren’t going to complain about it in the slightest. They were comfortable and warm, wrapped in the blanket like this. They couldn’t help but giggle as they saw the colouring books, and the snacks within the fort. It seemed like they could spend quite a bit of time there.
“Maybe, but… I want to be able to set myself apart. I want to be unique…” The child mumbled, looking down at the ground.
Perhaps it was a stupid thought… But they couldn’t help but think it, anyways.
* Chara glanced at his partner before leaning back against a cushion, his expression a cross between incomprehension and worry. They wanted to be unique, sure... but didn’t that bring about attention that they might not want? Back when he lived with the Dreemurrs, the fact that he was human turned heads, especially when his parents made a big huge deal about it...
「💔」”No sads allowed in Fort Chara, prisoner!” the demon child declared with a mischievous giggle as he snugged the blankets tighter around Frisk, gently tucking the end under their feet and the sides around them until they looked like a cozy little bundle.
“Heh, you look like a little nugget like that,” Chara commented as he searched around for that one pack of candy that he wanted Frisk to try. “A little DETERMINED nugget!”
