I’m complaining on tumblr because TikTok scares me
It is not ableist or infantilizing to say that El should not have been kissed very briefly after she learned what a friend was, the relationship should not have continued when she didn’t even know what clothes she liked beyond hand-me-downs, she was objectively intelligent but she was also objectively too developmentally set back to be in a relationship freshly out of a lab
