She has

White/Clear hair Bright Green-Blue eyes (with a light touch of grey)

Her dress isn't shiny but it has the colors of something iridescent (like this) The colors  are really pale though and the dress is mostly white but the colors kind of shimmer? so it isn't completely white. The ribbon is however, almost completely white.

The ribbons in her hair are the same as the ribbon on her dress.

She has a silver anklet with a little star on it that was given to her by Lily.

She is pretty pale...

She can fly/float/hover whatever.

She is 12 years old.

She is 5'5" or 4'2" I can't decide which.

Her weight is 0.

She is the element of Helium.

How I love just writing shit.

The moon shone overhead, the trees glowing in it's dim light. It was a damp summer's night and the streets were empty. Dexenia strode down the dark street, looking around at the stores that were the only source of light besides the moon and the odd street light. She had just seen something she couldn't explain. A man, in her apartment with dark grey wings. She blinked and he disappeared. Fearing she was crazy, she went for a walk to clear her head. She began to think it was a bad idea when a unearthly chill ran through her. Looking around coolly before picking up her speed, she turned back to her apartment.

She swore she heard the wind whispering words she couldn't make out. Again, glancing around the area she saw nothing. She nearly let out a shrill scream when she almost ran into a person as she turn the corner to her apartment building.

"S-Sorry! I wasn't paying any attention to where I was going!" She stammered out. He only smiled, nodded and continued walking. Dexenia, thinking she saw the man before, turn around to ask him his name. When she spun around, no one was there for as far as her eyes could see. Was she hallucinating? Was she crazy? Was that the face of the man she had seen in her apartment? She could only think as she walked up to her room.
