so following this graphic i wanted to do a little more deep diving. as we all know will smith hockey's birthday is march 17, which means he's turning 21 this season. my findings below the cut
the sharks will play 38 games before will's birthday. they need to score 24 more combined goals (i.e. mack goal will assist or will goal mack assist or goal with BOTH assisting) before march 17 to tie the kane/towes pairing at 64. they beat that record if they get to 25 combined goals.
so what are their odds? pretty damn good if they keep playing the way they are i can't lie as they have 22 points in just 27 games so far. they've already beat their numbers last year (18 total combined goals).
there's a world where macklin and will can break the kane/towes record with kane on the ice when they play the red wings in twenty games on january 16 (this is if their same goal points production is 1.25 goals scored together in a game). far easier is the goal to beat the record with towes on the ice when they play the jets again in 31 games (0.81 goals in a game).
im so cool and neurotypical that i have a database table with a row for every time ive cum in the past two years (probably more before then but idr and I can't run MIN(timestamp) from my phone) and a custom dashboard that lets me see cool statistics like the percentage of times that my eyes have rolled back (its a reflex >:/) (90.1%)

Pardon as I go in for a little rambling, its amusing a week ago I was quite down in the dumps in terms of mental health, while I wont jinx myself yet in saying im all in the okay — I feel much better compared to then.
I mean ITS crazy to think a week ago i was so in my head thinking life is over and all and here I am!! Im really hoping I pass, and I DOOO think I did minimally well. The math was tolerable as well as the science, a lot of the topics were callbacks to lessons from jhs and shs tbf!!

Some pride for Pride! It’s been almost a year now since I started scraping my AO3 stats page, and here’s how the day-of-week trend stack up. I’ve broken the data into two groups: normal days where I didn’t post anything, and posting days (translucent bars, indicated by ‘new’ in legend).

One could make an argument for periodicity with peaks on the weekend and mid-week, but it’s not hugely significant for this sample size. Feedback in the form of comments definitely peaks on Wednesday and Thursday, although for newly-posted/updated work, that trend is higher towards the later days of the week.
