It hits me so randomly and so fucking hard. I miss him beyond belief. Not the whole in my chest, can't breathe, sobbing till I fall asleep ache. The deep in my heart ache, the kind that makes you want to sigh and sit down for a second. The kind that makes you want to dig up every picture of his face, just so you don't forget his smile. The kind that makes you close your eyes and remember every memory of him you can think of. And then I have to open my eyes and move on. I can message him but it almost makes the pain worse. Reopening a wound I never want to heal. I am happy. I have a boyfriend, a fairly decent one too. I have friends and a new family. That's almost the worst part. Because I am happy. I am happy without him. I don't want to be.
