My Disaster Boi ain’t doing so well @_@
Went a liiiittle dark when given a chance to maybe learn about himself from a hostile NPC, has given Uma(the new character) a bad impression of himself thanks to that, is constantly thinking about everything currently going wrong and how it’s his fault, thinks everyone in his group feels the same way, and is pretty sure he’s just making everything worse. He literally triggered Mom Instincts in an NPC because he was so out of it(watched him eat to make sure he was properly eating and was kept an eye on him to make sure he didn’t try to leave in the middle of the night).
But we get an extended game this Monday, so hopefully The Power of Friendship will kick in...?
Porsche: We need to open this locked door. Kinn, give me your credit card.
Kinn: Here.
Porsche, pocketing it: Thanks. Big & Ken, break down the door.
Fuck this is the problem when I reread the inheritance cycle. All I want to do. All day. Is read it. And I cannot do that because life. But I am so tempted.
Epic Scenes
Bellum is still fairly new so I have no scene for him, Dies and Hades however...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Walking through a Feywild forest, so dense that the rain falling would gather in the leaves before falling as large splashes(at least, large enough to be a problem for the pixie Lyra), Trash Clan was ambushed by displacer beasts. With wand in hand, held up toward the sky, Dies cast Armor Of Agathys. As the rain fell the already larger raindrops combined to form one huge body. The rain hit Dies and spread over him to form his icy armor.

In a walled-off settlement in the middle of a wasteland, the gods Athena, Baldr, Dionysus, and Hades had decided to settle down for a while as they earned currency and tried to gain information about the world they no longer knew. After an airship crashed into the settlement, as the others went around to aid people, Hades ran into the still burning airship. Suffering some burns of his own, Hades emerged from the airship’s flames carrying a single survivor.
Welcome!
So, decided to make a blog dedicated to my characters for Dungeons & Dragons. Can I draw? No. Am I funny? Not really. Do I lack everything that usually makes these things enjoyable for people? Pretty much. But I’m gonna still go for it. Who knows? Someone might like what I write.
Anyway, here are my current characters:
Dies (Dee-Ess): A Fire Genasi with Big Disaster Energy and no memory of who he used to be. Currently a Warlock, but that will soon change.
Bellum Pertinacia: A Golem (homebrew race) from a distant land with a strong desire to learn and a flimsy grasp on the Common language. A Barbarian with a gentle heart.
Hades: The Greek God of Death made mortal through unknown means. A Warlock serving his wife, Persephone.
My Current D&D Characters
I can’t draw for shit, but I kinda want to share what my boys look like so I decided to go with a medium I’m half-way decent at: writing.
________________________________________________ DIES (True Name Unknown) A Fire Genasi, Dies’ skin is a dark smokey grey with gold freckles dusting over his cheeks/nose and shoulders. His hair grows with an umber effect: starting as a dark red-brown before slowly transitioning to bright yellow. Dies’ hair is an undercut that has slightly grown out where it should be buzzed(left side) with the longer section brushed forward and to the right(shoulder length).
With eyes a bright orange color and framed with long black eyelashes, Dies has a perpetually sad/distressed expression. His lips are soft and thin, usually pulled into a small frown or the rare smirk. Dies has a small but long nose with a slight arch in the bridge.
Dies has a coltish build of average height that he hides under worn-out clothes(literally still wearing prison clothes from when he first woke up) and a black cloak, though recent events will soon change that. He has few ornaments to speak of, having only recently taken a moment to consider his looks. So far his only accessories are a silver ring from a priestess of Sune and a wooden bead bracelet.
BELLUM PERTINACIA
A construct of flesh and bone from a desert land, Bellum’s dusky skin is riddled with multiple scars of varying age and depth. His ebony hair has been growing out since he has started traveling, and what was once a low but tight ponytail has since become loose. Bellum does little more than brush his fingers through his hair to tame it, but the slight wave assures a slightly wild look and his bangs covers his left eye when not brushed away for combat.
With heterochromia, Bellum’s left eye is a dark chocolate brown and his right eye is a bright icy blue. His face has it’s fair share of scars that tell of close calls: 2 scars crossing over his right eye, 3 crossing his left eye, a deep scar across the bridge of his nose, a notch in his right ear, 2 scars splitting his lips, a shallow scar carving a path through the scruff on his chin, and a dangerously deep scar running along halfway across his neck. Bellum’s slightly larger nose has clearly been broken and mended countless times over and it shows.
Bellum’s powerful and tall(7 ft) build is sadly hard to see under his layers of clothes. Accustomed to the blazing desert, the soft-hearted brute gets cold easily and thus wears as much as he can without compromising flexibility and movement. Bellum strictly dresses with practicality in mind and(for personal reasons) does not wear anything that doesn’t serve a purpose.
Finally introduced Bellum into our DnD game XD
My disaster boi is still alive but will be leaving for a while so I have to bring in Bellum. He is my precious Big Dumb Boi.
