Seasonal products are often a big opportunity for companies such as Twisted Tree and can provide an increase in sales in preparation for the holidays, however big seasons such as these can cause problems in the ordering system as well as long waiting times for products.

Lilly Sage Apothecary is a Parisian style boutique in Roswell Georgia which specializes in bath products such as soaps, lotions, body oils, and more, they specialize in giving their customers an immersive experience to emulate the experience of a French apothecary using smell, touch, and sight with the use of an on site laboratory. The products are sold primarily in person and detailed descriptions of each product is available on site, as well as more information found on an active social media platform. The weakness in this is that this leads to a costly product, and with a smaller online following this can make sales difficult, however instances such as the holidays, tourism, and seasonal hydration needs can help provide opportunities for the company. On the contrary the in store production and small establishment can lead to shortages in certain products, and seasons with less demand for businesses such as this can be difficult for smaller companies.

They’re a small company with focus on moisturizing products, and accessibility with products found at big name companies such as Target and Amazon. They carry a variety of all natural products with detailed descriptions, and with an increase in opportunities for seasonal hydration and natural ingredients, their larger production drops can generate significant profits. On the other hand the lack of variety in the sizing of products as well as the expensive nature of the products can be a place of weakness for the company as consumers look for cheaper alternatives.
