it’s funny when I send a link to a post you reblogged to someone (usually my twin because he still doesn’t have a tumblr) the link says “don’t look at me” on it cause if your blog title. it’s like sending a link and the link says “please don’t open me I’m shy :-(“

links r inherently shy in nature and need some time to get warmed up to you before they're fully comfortable getting opened. I recommend to acclimate them first by letting them sit, un pasted, in your clipboard for a bit before pasting and letting them feel around in the message/word doc/wtvr. most are quick to warm up though!

Hi Keeg what would you recommend I buy for like starting out making Kandi? I want to make my own but there’s so many bead options and idk what string/elastic to use.. overwhelming

fabric covered elastic string is typically what's used most because it's easy to tie and work with, and won't dry rot and fall apart like clear stretch cord!

as for beads, you can use whatever!! typical kandi is made with plastic pony beads (8mm barrel beads usually) but you can use whatever, I've been using a lot of glass and clay beads recently ^.^

I recommend starting with a box of pony beads of assorted colors, whatever letter beads ur drawn to, and fabric stretch cord, and you can get specialty beads or charms or whatever after that :DD
