When someone asks me what I want I have a hard time finding an answer because it's usually something like love, acceptance, and affection. I want to know that I was someone who made a difference in someone- anyone's- life. I want to be known for my heart towards others and how I listen when my friends and family need advice. I want to be known for my loud laugh and the way I shake my knee and pull my hair when I'm nervous. I want to be known for my passion of music and how I can name practically any song and artist after I listen to it once. I want to known for my love of family- my parents have been through so much in regards to myself because I'm stubborn and always have been- and the way I make brownies for my brother when he's sad. I want to be accepted for who I am physically. My body is a little too round and my limbs too long. I'm disgusted by myself but I don't want people to see me that way. I want someone that loves me romantically. I want makeouts in the backseat of a car. I want someone who will fight for me if need be. I want to disagree with them and have us respect each other's opinions. Then there's us as a country: we hate and blame each other and are judged for every move we make. We are sensitive to everything and anything can be turned into an issue whether it's justified or not. Why do we do this?? Why can't we get along? Why has society become this way? Why. Why. Why. This shouldn't be a question yet it is. It's time for a change.
