If you don't mind me asking, what's the story behind your my poor fool tag? Sorry since it's probably none of my business, but if you're okay with sharing, I'm curious.

Basically a month and a half ago I started seeing this guy from one of my classes and everything seemed like it was going really well which is why I started a tag for posts that reminded me of him. However, this was also really close to the end of the school year and we are now roughly 1200 miles apart. So the last week of school he kind of stopped talking to me? At first I assumed it was because of finals and we were fine, but two weeks later I still haven't heard from him. Part of me wants to chalk it up to summer and distance and the other part thinks maybe he just wanted a hookup... idk. I'm trying not to let it bother me but honestly I am very sad and confused. And I don't want to message him like wtf is going on because I don't want to seem clingy. We'll see what happens in the fall.

Ugh I knew it'd be you too. I am also done with my course evals! WELL

1) Why "my poor fool"?

As previously discussed, my new gentleman caller's name (he's not my boyfriend!!! yet) also begins with a c and that tag is already full of bullshit related to my ex and i don't feel like cleaning it out. I suppose I could mass tag replace it...... actually I might do that I'll think about it. But it feels weird for him not to get a new tag. Anyways, "fool" is actually his nickname for meeee. He started saying "Sup, fool?" whenever he saw me because he's a dumb loser and one time he texted it and I was like I'm actually ok with this bc the fool is the wisest character in King Lear and he was like yeah exactly I wrote my essay on this! And then we talked about KL for like half an hour and it was great.

2) Do you think he's wiser than you?

Yes and no. He definitely has had a wider range of life experiences than I have, but as I mentioned he is a dumb loser and I can't stand him. We have pretty similar outlooks on life, I think? But I'm better with practical things. Yes, you should be worried about us.

3) Are you going to hang him?

I'm actually going to execute him with the apparatus. The New Commandant doesn't understand, but I can't wait to see how his face turns in the 6th hour...
