My printer and I have a hate-hate relationship.
Thursday, I tried printing something ... it didn't work. I tried test pages, I tried restarting the computer, I tried re-starting the router. Nothing. I figured, fuck it, it wasn't that important anyway, I'll try to fix it over the weekend.
Sunday, I spent 1,5 hours trying to fix it. I cleared the printer queue, I tried reinstalling the driver(s), I tried removing the printer and adding it again. I even went through settings on the printer itself, making sure it could connect to the wi-fi (it could) and printed test pages from the printer itself (that worked). Nothing. Nothing at all.
Now, Monday, I get home from work. I start sorting through laundry. And then jump about a foot in the air when the printer suddenly turns on, BY ITSELF, and prints the pages I tried printing on THURSDAY (and which I have since then removed from the printer queue).
I hate it. And I'll bet you anything that it hates me, too. Anyway, I'm pretty sure it's haunted as hell.
