Ya know, I really don't like the fact that Charlie was turned into a typical greedy and fake friend for Stanley in the animated series.
Really.
🔹Because of Richard Jenney's performance, I saw him as a self-serving but kind-hearted individual capable of empathy. In the cartoon, writers simply disregarded this aspect and emphasized his "self-esteem".
😔 Sorry, but when I first watched it, I found it a bit difficult to accept the Film!Charlie and the Cartoon!Charlie as one character. That's my problem, I know. Okay, well.
