now I've read 9 books :) listened to the remainder of girl on the train + all of i'm thinking of ending things on my drive this weekend. i like girl on the train more than woman in the window--the alcoholism is less outrageously dangerous (as in: i am not in disbelief that the protagonist is still alive by the end) and I think the twists are more interesting and the killer resolution more believable. and ofc I liked i'm thinking of ending things. there's some things in the book that are more transgender than the movie, and I think knowing the ending already and going into it with that mode of reading prepared makes it a lot more enjoyable.
