having gay thoughts about the lannisters
Inspired by this tweet about Jon's description of Jaime in AGOT which reminded me that Sansa also paid close attention to Cersei's beauty and eye color in ACOK. Personally I love to headcanon Jon and Sansa as the token queer siblings but between this and the fact that they both have oblivious crushes on androgynous dark-haired bastards of the same sex (Satin and Mya*) in their respective locations at present makes me wonder if that's GRRM's headcanon too 😭
*Jon's interest in Satin is more obvious but I've written about Sansa's (apparent) attraction to Mya and how it parallels Jaime's initial thoughts about Brienne here. Funny enough, that analysis also includes a connection to Cersei lol.
