Earlier today I was invited to a unique themed high tea at @hotelgrandebretagne, inspired by the Pink Panther mysteries. Today I woke up in the mood for housekeeping. Don’t ask me why, it happens sometimes. I began by cleaning and organising the fridge, and one thing leading to another, I discovered three jars of jams that were close to expire. So here I am, making a pasta frolla -or pasta flora in Greek-from scratch. Luckily, I had everything I need so this afternoon @panos_deligiannis and I will enjoy our coffee with a real treat. I ordered a Caesars salad for -late-lunch and that’s what I’ve got. A creative way of serving a salad no doubt, but not so easy to eat since you have to work magic with this wooden spoon that doesn’t seem the right utensil for the job.
