Over-overwhelmed... (Or I *was* recently. ... Getting countless new features and changes at once is a stimulation carnival. I think I finally looked into every feature that came with my new phone. Now they auto-install GarageBand so I’m compelled to look more deeply into that. Is it a good replacement for a voice recorder? Or is a simple voice recorder better for quick, little voice notes and short bits? I had deleted that long ago for space and now I have much more storage I can utilize. 👍🏻 But,🌪 oOoh,🌪 the options are tizzying. BTW, I was about to upload a video similar to this still image when I realized that the vid was easily mentally overloading. I actually made several edits and they all capture the vibe too well. 😂💯📲 #madewithover 🌀 #adhd #autistic #autisticmind #myautisticlife #overwhelmed #offbeat 🎨 #digitalart #textart #popart #artist #musician #singersongwriterproducer https://www.instagram.com/p/COdm_Wjje1C/?igshid=y3jz7h0znqnk

Honestly, that blog is so autistic people can relate to each other. Why don't you want other autistics to be happy? Why do you have to have such a strong sense ~I'm so much smarter than you~. Using the fanciest words you know do not make a argument more valid.
Fancy words? That’s just how I write and talk all the time. I’m very particular about my vocabulary and phrasing, because being unambiguously understood is very important to me. It’s partly a compensatory measure to mitigate communication difficulties caused by my ASD symptoms.
As for “why don’t you want other autistic people to be happy” - well, that’s just a Big Angry Call-Out type of accusation, isn’t it? Of course I want people to be happy. I never told people to STOP BEING HAPPY.
Somehow, what was originally a very personal confusion about the motivations of other people - my attempt to expand my horizons and better understand the emotional thought processes of other people - got read as an anti-headcanon/anti-autistic crusade. And I have some nasty suspicions as to why.
