AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Life is a bit hard but you're not behind in life. You are going at your own pace. It's better to do things the right way with time than to rush things, don't stress yourself out too much over a self-conceived timeline.
I am Lalaine D. Lorona, 24 years old. I have finished my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education major in Filipino at Rizal Technological University last May 9, 2018. During my school years I became BCE Scholar. I also passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers on September 30, 2018. Though I majored Filipino, my records will show that I can also perform well on the areas outside my specialization. This will assure that other people can rely on me on any subject need to be taught to a multi-cultured class. For instance, being trained to other schools honed my existing skill such classroom management, efficiency, creativity, resourcefulness, time management, and critical thinking. So being fully equipped with passion, dedication and hard work towards this profession makes me feel that I am also challenging myself, because I really love teaching and hearing my students opinion and experience about our lesson.
Thank you for the opportunity you gave me to talk about my family. To begin with, my family got five members including me. To start with my mother, Mrs. Reina Lorona. She is the lovely person and the kindest hearted woman I have ever met, and also she is a great business woman in our little 'Junkshop' besides taking great care of our family. My father, Mr. Francisco Lorona Jr. He is the cornerstone of our family and works really hard to have the best life he wants for us, he is a great businessman together with my mother. And also I have two brothers namely, Christopher Lorona and Ryan Lorona whom I am thankful to have in everyday living. We are currenty living in Rosario, Pasig City since my mother gave birth to me together with our relatives.
My previous work experience is a Junior High School Teacher at La Immaculada Concepcion Pasig and La Salle College Antipolo which I gained a lot of experience in life that I will always be reminded of who I am and what I really loved to do.
My biggest strengths in life is my writing skills. I work well under my imagination and experiences in life, and I believe that writing provides an escape when reality becomes too complex. I like to write because writing gives me the opportunity to express myself in ways that I couldn't. And I can also share it to some person or to my workmates who wanted to start writing because it will makes my heart happy. Next, is my biggest weakness in life is I focus on details so much that I overthink a lot to provide the best output or product because I care about getting the job done carefully and this can slow down the pace of work but I've tried to improve in this area by acknowledging it and giving myself the opportunity to refocus on the big picture. That's why, I can ensure quality without getting so caught up in the details that it affects my productivity or the team's to meet the deadline.
Lastly, my plans in life..I am very open to whatever opportunities the future may hold, especially within this company. I know I still have much to learn, which is why I am excited about this particular job and being a part of an life-long innovative and effective teacher to my students and also I am planning to conduct a research or seminars about different techniques, methods or strategies of using Graphic Organizers for effective teaching and learning that will help me, my co-teachers and students a lot. I am hoping that this job will help me have a continual professional development. I hope that it will accommodate me for many years as I plan to stay in the area and relish the idea of working at school and to all of you.
